Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number once order has been shipped.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be a slight delay of 1-2 working days in the delivery.
How much do I have to pay for shipping within Singapore?
We offer complimentary door to door delivery to addresses within Singapore for purchases S$60 and above (in a single order).
For purchases below S$60, your order will be shipped via courier at a standard rate of S$6.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. A flat fee of S$35 is applied on all international orders, and delivered via DHL express.
International shipments may be subjected to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
Delivery will be attempted within 5 - 10 working days. Rest assured, we will work our hardest to get the order to you as soon as we can.
Return & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
We are sorry you did not love your purchase!
Our packages don’t include return slips. Just contact us at hello@selenightco.com with your order number, a brief explanation of your return), the products you’d like to return and we’ll take care of the rest.
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from date of purchase, with all original tags still attached. A quick try on is cool - but a sleep-in after Netflix is not cool.
Please note that sales items are final.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and verified. Upon acceptance of the returned items, we will credit your refund in full to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed due to varying processing times between payment providers. Original shipping charges, custom duties duties, handling costs, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Can I do an exchange?
Yes you can. Our packages don’t include return / exchange slips. Just contact us at hello@selenightco.com with your order number, a brief explanation of your exchange, the products you’d like to exchange, which item you want to try next and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different Colour or Size; be sure to include the exact Colour and Size of the new item in your email.
